I typed it up on an index card back in my gr...Yup. I typed it up on an index card back in my graduate school days. A friend and I were teaching English as TA's, and taking the Wordsworth class. At the time, the line perfectly summed up our idea of Wordsworth as a poet, especially as the poet of the Prelude.<br /><br />It's a sort of "You had to be there" thing.
