Oh, about that "Failure" of the Supreme Court this week

The trial court is not waiting.  Will Trump try to appeal this again?  Probably.  Will the appellate court take it up?  Probably not.  Will the Supremes allow another delay?  Aye, there's the rub.  But if they don't, Trump's run out of games to play.  And if this trial court does its job, that will become apparent sooner rather than later.
