And The Proper Use Of “Who”…

...instead of "that" when referring to persons.
Now that English is the official language of the United States, I look forward to everyone understanding the difference between “your” and “you’re,” “their” and “they’re,” and “to,” “two” and “too.”
That one really bugs me. And yes, this is still correct:
It's remarkable how many journalists don't know what an executive order is. English is not the official language of the US govt any more than it was a week ago. An EO is no more than the President's directive to exec branch officials about what *his* policies and what he directs them to **do**.
I’m pretty sure there are federal laws about offering government services in languages other than English. The pages of ballots I see posted at polling places in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Korean, are certainly not put up out of the kindness of the Lege.

Trump can’t direct government employees to violate the law.
