I should have picked up on this earlier, but somehow I read right past two crucial words: “for me.”

I’m only surprised he hasn’t been fleeced down to his last dime by now. He’s such an easy mark he really should be a homeless pauper. But this is where we are: Trump has finally found a con man who can con him. Except Putin is the President of the Russian Federation, Trump is the mark, and the relationship of the U.S. to Europe are the stakes.

Putin is working very hard to fleece Trump, and take away our country’s relationship with Europe. Whether Congress will allow that before 2026 is…well, signs point to “Yes.”

Honestly, I have nothing to base that conclusion on:

Too bad he’s fundamentally incapable of that. He’s more likely to start a serious exercise regimen, work on losing 100 pounds, and try to actually be the POTUS. Instead of the Grifter in Chief.
