The court has a hearing on this. Trump is not supposed to even close the place. Contempt of court is coming, which raises interesting questions about separation of powers. It also means Congress had better get involved before the bulldozers show up (although they could be subject to contempt, and then Trump would have to pardon them, and then pardon the next ones, and the next ones…
…by that time maybe Congress would get involved.

Tearing the Kennedy Center down is preferable to Trump inflicting his Bavarian whorehouse "taste" on it. And if he gets his arch built I'm pretty sure selling chances, worldwide, on being the one who pushes the button to demolish it would get the federal debt. back to a manageable level.
