Still hotter'n blazes. Yesterday's high was 98, a record for the day. Probably 100 around town somewhere. Cars still stuck on freeways, and now clouds are moving in.
Wind is starting to stir the tall trees around, mostly the big pines. Coming out of the east, and clouds from the southeast.
Birds are getting quiet, and squirrels have been scarce for two days, now.
Otherwise, who would know? Just another hot September day.
