(This is what he's talking about):Dwyane Wade's cousin was just shot and killed walking her baby in Chicago. Just what I have been saying. African-Americans will VOTE TRUMP!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 27, 2016
My cousin was killed today in Chicago. Another act of senseless gun violence. 4 kids lost their mom for NO REASON. Unreal. #EnoughIsEnough— DWade (@DwyaneWade) August 27, 2016
And this is what a campaign does when it goes completely off the rails:
Heroin overdoses are taking over our children and others in the MIDWEST. Coming in from our southern border. We need strong border & WALL!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 27, 2016
Enough is enough; in so many ways.
And an hour later, the penny drops:
Of course, that one is practically on auto-fill:My condolences to Dwyane Wade and his family, on the loss of Nykea Aldridge. They are in my thoughts and prayers.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 27, 2016
Thoughts and prayers to the great people of Indiana. You will prevail!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 25, 2016
My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families of those affected by two powerful earthquakes in Italy and Myanmar.— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 24, 2016
When the tweets are not about him, they are remarkably leaden.
I wonder if he is the most classically sociopathic person to have ever gotten a major party nomination. There have been others, the Bushes, for example, but even they had some conception of what not to say.
ReplyDeleteThe second tweet an hour later proves you right. No doubt someone on his staff pointed it out to him, so he issued the boiler plate.
