But really, I don't know what else to call it:

“It's a math problem of demographics and a changing United States,” she said. “If you look at the numbers of people who vote and who lives in the country and who Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton want to bring in to the country, this is the last election when we even have a chance to vote for somebody who will stand up for godly moral principles. This is it.”
I suppose it's not "hate speech," and Bachman is not from the "Jim Crow South;" but still, the linkage of the "wrong" kind of voters being brought "in to the country" and "somebody who will stand up for godly moral principles" couldn't be much clearer.
You don't have to be a dog to hear that whistle blow. And you know she'd disavow any racial animus, and be truly insulted by the mention.

Nor did I realize his culture was so dominant and imposing. Curiously, most people are proud to make that statement.
"My culture is a very dominant culture. And it's imposing, and it's causing problems. If you don't do something about it, you're going to have taco trucks on every corner," Gutierrez said.
For Republicans the wrong kind of voters are anyone who realizes that their policies screw them and their families and so they won't vote for Republicans. As the Republicans have chosen to devolve into the most significant force for racism, bigotry and xenophobia that is pretty much Latinos and Black people.

I wonder if there's an equivalent term that corresponds to "Uncle Tom". Though I could point out that the gay men and Lesbians who supported George W. Bush and Ronald Reagan are a better analog.
