And Sarah Sanders said Trump can win a trade war because he's "the best negotiator at the table." Is this what she meant?

Because the tactic of "he'll do what I want" is not much of a tactic at all, unless you think "wish in one hand, spit in the other, see which fills up faster" is good advice.
