I still think this is the important part. It's out in the open, and the legality of it (or rather lack) is perfectly clear. It also may, or may not, have anything to do with this:The Trump Admin is clearly violating federal statute by blocking the head of US Intelligence from providing Congress with a whistleblower complaint described as being of "urgent concern & credible.” The stonewalling must end. What is the President hiding? https://t.co/Yg0LqT5HMd— Nancy Pelosi (@SpeakerPelosi) September 20, 2019
We still don't know, although by now Congress at least should. I agree with at least the content of this tweet:How Trump and Giuliani pressured Ukraine to investigate the president’s rivals https://t.co/t2O6SeTYL0— Laura Walker 🍸🇺🇸 🏴 (@LauraWalkerKC) September 21, 2019
But we have to be clear: we still might be talking about 3 different crimes. In @PostOpinions, George T. Conway III and Neal Katyal write: Trump has done plenty to warrant impeachment. But the Ukraine allegations are over the top. https://t.co/3UVzj9H474— The Washington Post (@washingtonpost) September 21, 2019
Keep your eye on the doughnut. Odds are , there's a box of 'em somewhere.
I don’t know who leaked it but I will note WSJ story reiterated the call is but one part of the disclosure. To qualify as an urgent concern, it has to be a serious violation of law relating to operation of an intelligence activity. I imagine there is more to the disclosure .— Bradley P.
