Trump fails:
a) at basic diplomacy (Boris Johnson is sitting next to him)
b) at basic geography (a wall between Britain and Russia?)
c) at basic post-war history
d) at basic facts. "They don't pay" is the flip side of the coin of "China is paying the tariffs." His ignorance is almost unfathomable.
