If Trump announces tomorrow "EVERYBODY GO BACK TO WORK!," how many of these states are going to say "Okay, fine, sure, no problem"?
(Texas does have a statewide order in place, but it's a directive aimed at setting guidelines for counties and/or municipalities. So even if the Governor decides to follow the leader, the counties probably won't follow. Just saying that this is a real checkerboard, or minefield if you prefer, despite the view from 30,000 feet.)
