Highest rate of infection in Harris County (Houston) is among 30-39 age group. Second highest is 20-29. The ones most likely to think they are immortal/can’t get sick, IOW.  And most likely to hit bars/restaurants ASAP.

Maybe the governor could have taken that into accoun the first time around.
