"Pete Hamill, the Brooklyn-born bard of the five boroughs..."— Joel Siegel (@joelmsiegel) August 5, 2020
Wonderful obit by the great Larry McShane, which includes this remarkable nugget: Pete Hamill won a Grammy for writing the liner notes for Dylan's Blood on the Tracks!

If you just want to read the liner notes (without having to locate the album), you can find them on Bob Dylan's website on the album's page: https://www.bobdylan.com/albums/blood-tracks/ You will probably have to hit "Show All" near the bottom of the page to read them. That's easier for me than digging through my CD's which are at home anyway while I'm at work. (Unfortunately, I don't think I ever purchased the LP of Blood on the Tracks.)
