Trump, by December 8, 2020, when all the ballots have been counted.  (MTP made much this morning about ballots being counted on Election Day v. ballots counted after, because mail-in.  This is a PSA that the count that matters is the one reported to the states who send delegates to the electoral college on December 14, 2020, to elect the President.  BTW, all disputes have to be resolved, as a matter of law, by Dec. 8, 2020.  You'll be fine.)

And if Trump refuses to leave?  I don't honestly know how many Marines are stationed in the White House at any one time ("in" meaning the entire complex, grounds and all), but the ones I've ever seen a clearly ceremonial only (no denigration, but they aren't armed and in fatigues).  The Secret Service runs that place, and they, like the Marines, are loyal to the Constitution, not the C in C.  Trump doesn't have to leave until January 21, 2020, but if he refuses to bodily exit the premises, you think those groups are gonna protect him in the bunker?

You'll be fine.  Trump will be as ineffective as Mortimer Duke.
