I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't figure on taking on the lam if he loses, to Russia or some other place that won't extradite him. Like Aaron Burr did, having that being brought to mind through reading over John Marshall's legacy. I think a Biden administration should get an order that he stay here and face the music.
