...in favor of cheap shots and no desire to note distinctions between time spent in a shop (even in grocery stores one can "socially distance") and worship, where one cannot (how do you sing hymns and recite prayers with masks on?). This isn't legal argument, it is petulance. Trial court judges would be slapped down for such comments. Supreme Court Justices walk the earth, well....supreme.
