A polite person would call Gosar a fascist, an honest one would call him a crypto-Nazi. I suspect he ingested too much mercury from badly done amalgam, I knew a dentist who went nuts from that, they had to tear down his office because of it. His grandparents include Basques who would probably have been excluded under Trump's Nordics First policy, though I read his grandparents on the other side were Slovenian, probably, though, Trump would only let them in if they were someone related to his temporary wife.
