“We’ve not gotten any court to judge this (the vote) on its merit.” @DanPatrick of Texas. It is a legal disgrace, an embarrassment to the USA!!!

What else ya got?I had a Ken Paxton joke, but I beg your pardon because the Supreme Court wouldn't let me file it.

No, the justices did not *hide behind procedure*. Seven ruled on threshold issue of lack of standing and therefore had no cause to further. Had they done so, they would surely have denied relief, just as Alito and Thomas did. https://t.co/Vl9XQvAiP3

SO SAY WE ALL!In countless lawsuits, the Trump campaign and its allies have failed to convince a single judge of any election-altering fraud/mistakes.

It’s long past time for everyone to recognize that Joe Biden won the election.
Giuliani says he's going to keep up the fight. It’s time for the courts to stop him."Any attorney...admitted to conduct cases in any court of the US...who so multiplies the proceedings in any case unreasonably&vexatiously may be required by the court to satisfy personally the excess costs, expenses&attorneys fees reasonably incurred" 28 USC 1927

Enough with the hand-wringing. My favorite description of American democracy comes from Jules Verne. He describes a (fictional) riot in a small Midwestern town that, it turns out, is an election campaign. For dog catcher. American politics has always been a blood sport; but here we are. Throw away the rose-colored glasses, accept the hard fought victory. There are always people fighting to tear this thing down; that’s why we always have to fight to preserve it. We won again; rejoice in that. But the fact that 18 attorneys general and 126 members of Congress, all Republicans, could line up behind this outrageous Texas case is horrible and bodes ill for the country for years to come.
