Proof that the King is dead is Chuck Todd (!) telling Johnson to take his crazy conspiracy theories back to the fringes where they came from.

It really would be interesting if the Senate parliamentarian ruled that debates over issues the Senate cannot address because they are illegal and unconstitutional was used to shut down even the vote Cruz thinks he can get out of this.  It would also be fitting.
