If at least some people in the Biden Administration weren't spitting on the ground every time Trump's name gets mentioned, I would be surprised.

If they were obsessing about Trump the way Trump obsessed about Hilary and Obama, I'd be concerned.

I think the comment was addressing the latter category of "thinking about him," not the former.
