So my mask should have a Neoprene seal?

Maybe a gas mask should keep my glasses from fogging, but the idea of a face mask is to prevent spray, not to keep the gases from my mouth entering the atmosphere. Short of wearing an oxygen recirculating system, what is being demanded here?

Aside from reading doctors commenting that they have the same problem with their glasses.  🤓 😷
