Except this jury is chosen by the Constitution, not voir  dire. And an impeachment trial is a political, not a judicial, proceeding. And everybody knows enough Republican Senators have already decided how they’ll vote (of course, why aren’t we talking about Republican Senators bias because of their experience in the insurrection?).

Hey, you know what? I think this guy knows it’s not a legal proceeding. I’m not sure about this guy, though:

Admittedly all i know is what I read in the press, but the latest NYT story offers evidence the Trump White House coordinated the assault on the Capitol. I mean, I guess Graham is threatening to prolong the Senate trial and so delay Biden’s legislative agenda, but: ok?
