What’s Wrong With This Picture

What kind of system do we have where 36 million doses of a 2-dose virus are dispensed, but only 7 million are fully vaccinated? Why didn’t we vaccinate 18 million fully?

I know people who’ve managed the full course. Although it took 3 days on the phone to make an appointment for the second shot. There is no system: there is only chaos.

Remember those people who smugly told us electing Trump would teach us a lesson? Funny how you don’t hear from them anymore.
