If you want to spare yourself the cholesterol you can make it with potatoes, rice one, keep mixing in oil, viegar, salt and Dijon mustard till it's like you like it. I understand you can do it with other things but I've tried it with potatoes.

ReplyDeleteI’m a mustard guy. Made mayonnaise once as part of a recipe; can’t remember why now, though it was better than anything in a jar.
