Texas doctor publicly admits violating GOP's anti-abortion law: 'I had a duty of care'

He would provide a plaintiff injured by the law who could cut through the legal palaver that the Supreme Court allowed itself to stumble on and which caused the federal district court to not issue a TRO for the DOJ (because it would have been appealed to the 5th circuit immediately, with the same result as the previous suit).
A suit with a person facing judgment for something that is constituionally allowed is a plaintiff with clear standing to seek redress and protection of his constitutional rights to provide his patients the duty of care owed by a doctor.
God bless him. I hope someone sues him, and soon.
