Trump won in 2016 against a terrible candidate (who else could have lost to him?). He lost decisively in 2020, despite the efforts of 60 or more lawsuits, and he has ruined the reputations of more than a few lawyers (with their help). So the odds of him finding competent counsel to do that again in 3 years are zip and none (not that he had competent counsel the last time).President Bannon (no matter which stooge he puts in the Oval Office) is your future, if y’all don’t pull your heads out of your asses and get in the fight that’s really going on here. https://t.co/JDwzG435uH

Doesn’t happen without the complicity of the sitting VPOTUS. But here's the problem: Michael Pence won’t be VPOTUS again anytime soon. The VP in 2025 will be Kamala Harris. Will Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz carry the joint meeting to blow up the reception of the electoral college vote? Not really likely. I’m all for fixing the EVCA, but do I trust this Congress to do that?A person close to Mr. Pence…said that Mr. Eastman acknowledged that the vice president most likely did not have that power, at which point Mr. Pence turned to Mr. Trump and said, “Did you hear that, Mr. President?” https://t.co/GihE49Lqb6
