. This is as hot as my take is gonna get. On that thread there are allegations the driver swerved to hit people. The news stories are he swerved to avoid people. Which lends credence to the speculation this was a DUI.You'll be able to post all of your hot takes on Waukesha tomorrow just as easily as today, but with more info so you don't end up looking stupid.

Take the night to think about the victims and their families and then make your hot takes tomorrow once there's more info.
Wisconsin, I always thought the lefties around the U in Madison were annoyingly full of themselves and that when they managed to send a lefty to the Senate they tended to be full of themselves, too. Like Maine I'd never make the mistake of believing it wasn't too full of unreconstructed 20's era Klansmen types that they can do enormous damage.
ReplyDeleteI think anyplace they have elected judges they're asking for trouble. Not that appointed ones are any guarantee of justice.
Your conclusion is about right.
The internet is mostly a one edged sword and it's not the good side that's most powerful about it. The good aspects of it depends on more than being entertained so, like the truth, it is at a disadvantage. Lefties always liked being entertained more than they liked responsibility and self sacrifice, unfortunately it's what the left is supposed to be for that requires those more than gossiping and entertainment and buying into attractive lies peddled for easy buying.
