Forget the complaint about flight attendants (who are only following FAA regulations), what an incredibly selfish thing to do to your family. I have known suicides, and I consider that the ultimate selfish act, especially if you leave family behind to grieve it. It’s hard not to consider this just as selfish.

My sympathies are with the family in their loss.
