It really would help if they clarified which true statement in the news they disagreed with.

Turns out the only authority DPS had was to conduct safety inspections. They couldn’t open the trucks (CBP can’t either, not without probable cause). So Abbott cost border cities and counties millions, endangered the state and national economy, and got a few oil leaks.
