Yeah, I don’t have much use for “originalism.” It has all the intellectual integrity of “because I want it that way.”In 2003, during the Court's oral arguments on Lawrence v. Texas, Justice Antonin Scalia implied it would be constitutional for states to outlaw masturbation on grounds of "morality." I am not making this up—I was in the press box that day.
