“Abortion Is Different”

So, I'm starting to think about this "no out of state abortions" rule. Can a state stop you from going next door to do other stuff? Drink? Commit adultery? If they find a map to Vegas, they can arrest you?

Basically, state police in the red states are going to be modern Vopos?
