"I am 100% pro-life," Masters' website read as of Thursday morning.
That language is now gone.

I think this is being proven true:
Republicans allowed their fanatical anti-choice base to run wild for years under the assumption that they would never have to face voters with their outrageous claims because of Roe v. Wade.Or, as I like to put it, Roe changed everything, a fact the radical abortion foes have failed to grasp. Abortion is not simply a matter of unseemly convenience, it’s a medical procedure, a matter of health care. In Texas obstetricians are now damned if they do, and damned if they don’t. Performing an “illegal” abortion could mean a life sentence. But if you don’t act to spare the life of the mother, you face an almost certain malpractice lawsuit. If you do act to save the mother’s life, does the jury believe you? Not to mention the stress and expense of defending yourself in court, either way.
This is madness, and even the Texas Legislature may realize it in January.
