Stop and realize the FBI already knew this. This is why there are reports that maybe the government still doesn’t have all the documents Trump took. Then consider that Trump started this by insisting on reporting the execution of the search warrant and then filing this “major 4th amendment action.” 

The DOJ is going to be hard pressed not to prosecute Trump. And he doesn’t have any defense; or lawyers that can defend him.
