(Rand Paul insists on a narrative.  Dr. Fauci refutes and destroyes the narrative.  Rand Paul insists on the narrative anyway.  What was that Orwell said about a boot smashing a face over and over?  Same idea, except the GOP doesn't have a boot, and they are kicking a dog, not the American people.  Americans by and large like dogs.  They don't like people who kick dogs.)
