Personal If Inexplicable Note

I knew Karlie Koss.

She was in pre-school with my daughter in  Webster Groves, MO, a suburb of St. Louis.  The pre-school was  at Eden Seminary.  It was a ministry of the seminary, run by the wife of one of the Deans of the school.  I worked in the pre-school as part of paying the tuition for it, being a poor and unemployed seminary student at the time.  So I knew her better than just being another parent, although even now I couldn't pick her out of a line-up of photos of the children they were then.

So I like to think this story proves she learned something.  Or at least she wasn't corrupted being around all that power.  There is the option that Hicks and Radford were corrupted already, which is why they worked for Trump.  Kloss didn't.  If I understand correctly, her connection is being married to Kushner's brother.

Further affiant sayeth not.  Except even a little moral grounding (I have no idea what she did with the rest of her life, i.e., attending church or not, specifically) can have large benefits in life.  That's a bit "pastor-ish," but I stand by it.
