The Grand Jury heard extensive testimony on the subject of alleged election fraud from poll workers, investigators, technical experts, and State of Georgia employees and officials, as well as from persons still claiming that such fraud took place. We find by a unanimous vote that no widespread fraud took place in the Georgia 2020 presidential election that could result in overturning that election.
Somebody on MSNBC this morning was opining that surely this release would be more than "we had an investigation" and "that's the investigation we had," with nothing substantive in between. Me, I expected this much at best. I suppose it's better than nothing. But I'd really prefer to wait for the Georgia grand jury with criminal indictment authority to do its work.NOTABLE: Section VIII does not names, but the grand jurors write that "one or more" witnesses may have committed perjury during their testimony. And they recommend "that the District Attorney seek appropriate indictments for such crimes where the evidence is compelling." pic.twitter.com/SDwC6myXmn
