When non-lawyers think they know how to "think like lawyers". (Even federal elections are creatures of federal AND state law. Again, if it were this simple, Bragg would have dropped it a long time ago. Assuming he's even interested in election law violations.)

It could be that is a better legal theory than election law violations. And Ms. Rangappa is a lawyer.

(The funniest part of the opinions of persons like Discount Goebbels is that in court his ideas are not worth a fart in a hurricane.  He may rail at the outcome of a trial that it didn't follow the law as he understands it; but that just means he doesn't understand the law.  Kari Lake is still screaming that the AZ courts don't understand how she was cheated in the election.  But she's still not the governor of AZ.  And she has pretty much vanished from the headlines.)
