Not in the same league, but Maggie Haberman tweeted about this yesterday; CNN (and NYT, and WaPo) reported on it. This morning even Chuck Todd knew “Tuesday” was Trump’s invention.

How did Josh miss it?

(And yes, NY law allows Trump to ask for a defense witness at the GJ. But a good prosecutor will use that to get Costello’s testimony before trial and use it for the prosecution (i.e., plan for Costello’s testimony) and bring Cohen back for rebuttal. It’s more of a win for Bragg than for Trump.)
