Judge Kaplan:

"I have concluded that there's virtually nothing in there as to credibility, and even if there were, the unfair prejudicial effect into going into this subject would outweigh [any] probative value."
And we don’t have a ruling from the NY state judge on the motion to keep Trump from publishing evidence; the Georgia court hasn’t even started yet; and Jack Smith just keeps widening his net.🚨

Judge: "If I were in your shoes, I’d be having a conversation with your client."
He adds later that "there are some relevant United States statutes here and somebody on your side ought to be thinking about them. "
It’s only going to get better; or worse, depending on your point of view. It's excellent how the rules of evidence funnel Trump at trial into particular ways to present points that he largely isn't able to do w/o testifying, combined w/ Kaplan's firm hand on the trial to shut off his public statements. Just how it's supposed to be, but rarely has been

That’s what’s pissing off the judge.Trump acts like he can’t be bothered to even show up in court for his rape and defamation trial, but he sure can be bothered to repeatedly post about it on social media.
