Right? At best for Trump, it's a misdemeanor, unless he can establish a reasonable doubt (which he can't, because the documents say what they say) that the payments were accurately accounted for as hush money for a porn star.

Because the only opinions that matter are the ones the jurors come to.Most defendants don’t have propaganda machines spinning the nothingburger story on their behalf. In addition to the usual suspects, CNN has returned to their 2015 normalization practices, featuring pundits and “analysts” declaring the charges weak and undeserving of prosecution.
