How long can we allow the Supreme Court to have the lowest ethical standards of any court in the country? The corruption it tolerates would instantly get a traffic court judge fired or get Judge Judy taken off the air.

The “Founding Fathers” didn’t exactly create a system wholly reliant on the integrity of individuals in order to function with integrity. We did that. Article III says:

The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour...

We turned that into “appointed for life, no take backs!” and turned impeachment into an impossible to reach standard.
