Are we sure the economy isn’t mainly humming along in Trump legal fees?

The single largest expenditure of the Trump campaign by far is to lawyers.

Not ads.
Not staff.
Not building a ground game.
Lawyers.
Which explains this:Why is the “billionaire” using small donations from working people to pay his legal bills? Why doesn’t he use his own money? All the millions he’s raking in from the Saudis isn’t enough to cover it? pic.twitter.com/lnrTlecViq

Facts="attack"? Trump is a self-proclaimed billionaire. This is the best grift he’s ever found. And it’s perfectly clear he’s running so he can grift small money donors to pay his lawyers. And then if he wins, he can pardon himself. The best con ever! The “Trump paid $40m in legal fees” attack is so lame. I have good friends who did nothing wrong who had their legal fees paid by Save America PAC. Would you rather they throw all of their employees under a bus?

$40 million in 6 months sounds like real money 💰.Wow…

If you’re sending Trump money, it’s almost exclusively going to his personal legal fees. Which also means they are going to have practically nothing left over for spending on turnout efforts to compete with Democrats in key states. https://t.co/kO2eTXJwF7
Inquiring minds want to know!.@TheJusticeDept: Is this totally legal and totally cool? https://t.co/PXFZ9MQt92
