Prosecutors have filed major new charges against Trump, in a damning superceding indictment that alleges his aide said he wanted the video footage from surveillance cameras outside a storage room holding classified material deleted after a subpoena https://t.co/hvqwuTY2mH

The new Trump indictment indicates prosecutors have possession of the document Trump brandished at a recorded meeting at Bedminster, which also contradicts his claim he was just blistering about having one. https://t.co/kKdkW2WcX3

How bad is it?In a renewed motion for a protective order, we learn that unlike other people, Trump doesn't want to have to be in a SCIF when he discusses classified evidence with his lawyers. I'm sure they knew this position was a loser when they shared it with prosecutors. pic.twitter.com/MmiacnpjBd

No better demonstration of Trump’s abject lack of understanding of - and disregard for - classified info and national security.

He is *asking the Court* to waive the requirements for classified info that EVERY OTHER SINGLE CLEARANCE HOLDER IN THE UNITED STATES must follow. https://t.co/bqvb8Xcb92
In other words, Trump wants to keep doing what he’s accused of doing:This is our first real chance to see where Judge Cannon is on everything.

It should be rapidly dismissed without significant argument/litigation.
But under CIPA, an adverse ruling on this is appealable by the government.
This is Chutzpah with a capitol C: in new FLA filing, Trump objects to reviewing and talking abt classified docs in a SCIF and wants to be able to do so at MAL or Bedminster. And he is charged with illegal retention of such dox at both locations and repeated acts of obstruction.

I want you to listen ... this is Trump discussing the classified documents over at Bedminster, his country club in New Jersey, which he's now — he's now facing additional charges for possessing these documents over at beBedminster," said Blitzer, playing the audio footage of Trump bragging about possessing the document. “He's having a discussion along these lines, as you see, this is audio that the special counsel has obtained. Pretty powerful evidence going forward ... highly classified information."
"Wolf, this to me is the single most important incident alleged in this entire indictment," said Honig. "Here's Donald Trump months after he left the White House and talking about war plans. He's alluding to documents. You can hear papers being shuffled, but the question is does he actually have a classified document in front of him that he's showing to these civilians with no security clearance?"
The new indictment confirms the answer, Honig continued: "Those papers he was shuffling, yes, they were classified documents, they're related to war plans, and DOJ has that document. That is now a new charge in this indictment."
"And that makes that incident so much worse than just Donald Trump exaggerating or bragging or bluffing, as he has suggested," Honig added. "This means he actually had that classified document in his possession. He was showing it to others, he was bragging about it, he was disseminating it, to use the legalistic word."And if you think Trump’s getting his legal advice primarily from Tom Fitton:
I’m sure Trump’s lawyers love hearing all the theories and suggestions he brings to them from people on social media. pic.twitter.com/aDDZ7V0kiQ

It is amazing, isn’t it?As appalling as I find his criminality, I still find his stupidity even more unfathomable. https://t.co/xAlNBSNwXJ

So he literally asked someone to wipe his private server? Imagine being Hillary Clinton and just having to walk around all the time without constantly punching stuff.

As serious Trump charges just keep piling up I’m remembering how excited Republicans were to get Clinton on one inconsequential lie.
