FWIW, my guess abt what happens in response to this implicit threat is that Chutkan issues a motion to show cause why his bail conditions should not change. They have a hearing. Much bullshit is thrown. And SOME new restriction is placed.

But I can’t imagine Trump being that competent on the stand. I can’t imagine him holding himself to a simple statement. He would have to justify himself with the First Amendment, and then his belief he was cheated, and then Jack Smith’s evil and “election interference!”Plus, imagine that Trump comes in and says, "That wasn't a threat against you, it was a threat against my NYS monitor Barbara Jones [who also happened to do the privilege review on Rudy's phones, small world, huh?] who is trying to make me keep real books."
