 Now there’s something I hadn’t considered:

Trump is panicking & seeking an emergency halt to his NY fraud trial less than 24 hrs after being ordered to disclose 3rd party co-owners, equity partners & lenders for ALL of their businesses & 500 LLCs. It's a futile attempt to stop the doom reveal of who really owns Trump Org.

The reporting in the Appellate Division order in re: Trump has been spotty, at best. Initial reports were the stay Trump sought had been denied. Then, hours later: no, a stay on execution of the summary judgment was granted. But what about the trial court’s order this week requiring all transactions be reported to the monitor?

The who? The what? Legal reporting sux.

My guess is that order stays in place, since it preserves the status quo, as freezing the summary judgment does. Which means Trump is still in a blind panic.😱 

It would be nice to know.😈
