Following his disastrous testimony in the NY fraud trial this week, Eric Trump left the courtroom and made a bold proclamation: “We're going to win this thing. I promise you we're going to win it because we haven't done a damn thing wrong.”The judge has already entered summary judgment against all defendants. This trial is just to determine the extent of the damages.
The defendants’ odds of winning on appeal are zip and none. But I seriously doubt Eric is thinking that far ahead.
