 When even JMM backs the new consensus narrative (more a vibe, really; thus are all bases covered) that the good news for Democrats last night is still bad news for Biden (because Democrats are still “over performing, because polls or something. It can’t be because MAGA has had its day. I guess that “over performance” explains why Moms for Liberty lost so badly yesterday. 🤷🏻‍♂️). It’s at times like these I turn to the New York Times Pitchbot for wisdom::

If Biden wins in 2024, that will only highlight just how bad his approval rating is relative to his actual electoral performance and show, in effect, that he is much less popular than himself.

It makes more sense of the narrative than “vibes” and polls.
