Roy’s only a Representative. McCarthy was a Senator. And Hesse Helms. Strom Thurmond. Mitch McConnell. The scary ones are the ones who know how to get things done. Roy was on Ted Cruz’s staff. That explains his inability to do anything but bitch to an empty room.
