One of NYT Pitchbot’s regular jokes is Jonathan Turley arguing something is not in the Constitution/prohibited by it, so it’s okay to do it.

There is no Constitutional prohibition against a New York Times reporter taking dictation from a Trump crony, so it's hard to see why Democrats are upset by yesterday's revelations about Maggie Haberman.
